TERADERM 250MG TABLET contains Terbinafine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungal agents. It is used to manage fungal infections of the skin, hair and nails.

Take TERADERM 250MG TABLET for the stipulated duration as instructed by your doctor to achieve better results. Failing to do so may not result in adequate infection control.

Before taking TERADERM 250MG TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have psoriasis, skin rashes or any other autoimmune skin conditions (such as systemic lupus erythematosus) as a precaution.

Do not take TERADERM 250MG TABLET without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The most common side effects of taking TERADERM 250MG TABLET are headache, nausea, loss of appetite, stomach pain, muscle pain, joint pain and taste disturbances. HOW TERADERM 250MG TABLET WORKS

TERADERM 250MG TABLET is an antifungal medication. It effectively controls fungal infections within the body. It disrupts the fungal cell membrane by blocking the production of certain chemicals (ergosterol) within the cell which is required for its survival. As a result, it stops the fungal cell from multiplication, thereby managing the further spread of infection.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take TERADERM 250MG TABLET as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.

Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Do not stop taking TERADERM 250MG TABLET without consulting your doctor.
