Shipping and Returns Policy

• For orders within Pune region that are below INR 249, shipping charges on actuals are applicable and delivery is completed within 1 day.
• For orders in any other parts of India that are below INR 249, shipping charges on actuals are applicable.

Note: For the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Policy, Skin World Pharma will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. Skin World Pharma will committed to protecting the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining its confidentiality.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us at info@skinworldindia.com or call us at +91 7720000666 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours or as the bank protocols after the cancellation request has been processed by us.
Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on all our products as they are medical use products and we cannot take a chance of any tampering.

Return or Exchange Process

• Please get in touch with us at info@skinworldindia.com or call us at +91-7720000666 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri) to raise the exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.
• You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to exchange your product(s).
• Without a acceptance video and a dispatched video , we will not be able exchange any products.
• There will be no refunds , only exchange may be possible in some circumstances.

• You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
• Charges on actuals will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
• INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
